  • Customer-support data: messages, call details, reviews, and information reasonably necessary to investigate an issue.
  • Information from third parties: Shopify, payment providers, fraud-prevention services, analytics and advertising partners, social networks, carriers, and publicly available sources.

2.3 Cookies and similar technologies

We and our partners may use cookies, pixels, tags, SDKs, local storage, and similar technologies to operate checkout and account functions, remember preferences, maintain security, measure performance, understand use, and—where permitted—personalize advertising.

See the Cookie Policy below for details and available controls. Blocking certain cookies may impair cart, account, localization, or checkout functions.

2.4 How we use information

We may use personal information to:

  • process payments, manufacture or configure products, fulfill orders, and provide tracking;
  • communicate about orders, changes, delivery, returns, recalls, safety, and warranties;
  • provide customer service and troubleshoot products or compatibility;
  • create and administer accounts;
  • detect fraud, secure the Services, enforce policies, and prevent abuse;
  • improve products, content, website performance, and customer experience;
  • measure campaigns and provide marketing or personalized advertising with consent where required;
  • maintain records, comply with tax, accounting, product-safety, consumer-protection, and legal obligations; and
  • establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

Where required, our legal bases include performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, legitimate interests that are not overridden by your rights, protection of vital interests, and consent.

2.5 How we disclose information

We may disclose information to:

  • Shopify and providers that host and operate the store;
  • payment processors, banks, installment providers, and fraud-prevention services;
  • manufacturers, fulfillment centers, carriers, customs brokers, installers, and support providers as needed to fulfill or service orders;
  • cloud hosting, IT, security, analytics, communications, and customer-service providers;
  • advertising and social-media partners where permitted by law and your consent choices;
  • professional advisers, auditors, insurers, regulators, courts, and law enforcement when reasonably necessary or legally required;
  • a buyer, investor, lender, or successor in connection with a merger, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of business assets; and
  • other parties at your direction or with your consent.

We do not disclose personal information in exchange for money. Certain targeted-advertising or analytics disclosures may be considered a “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising under some U.S. state laws. Eligible users can opt out as described below.

2.6 Advertising and marketing

With consent where required, we may send promotional email or SMS and use advertising technologies to show relevant offers. You may unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in each message. Reply STOP to supported marketing text messages. Transactional communications about orders and safety may still be sent.

2.7 International transfers

We and our service providers may process information outside your state, province, or country, including in the United States and other countries whose laws may differ from yours. Where required, we use recognized safeguards such as adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses, or other lawful transfer mechanisms.

2.8 Data retention

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including fulfillment, warranty and product-safety support, tax and accounting, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, and legal compliance. Retention periods vary by data type and legal obligation. We may retain de-identified information where it can no longer reasonably identify you.

2.9 Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No transmission or storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for protecting account credentials.

2.10 Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent, or information about our processing. You may also have the right to opt out of targeted advertising, profiling with legal effects, or the sale or sharing of personal information, and to appeal a denied request.

To submit a request, contact bannoic@service.com. We may need to verify your identity and authority. Authorized agents must provide appropriate authorization. We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.

Residents of California and certain other U.S. states may use a “Your Privacy Choices” link or recognized browser-based opt-out signal, if offered on the Site, to opt out of covered sale/sharing or targeted advertising. Where required, we honor Global Privacy Control signals for the browser or device sending the signal.

EEA and UK residents may complain to their local data-protection authority. Canadian residents may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or the applicable provincial regulator.

2.11 Children

The Services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided information, contact bannoic@service.com so we can investigate and delete it where appropriate.

2.12 Do Not Track

Because there is no universally accepted standard for browser “Do Not Track” signals, the Site may not respond to them. We respond to legally recognized opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control, where required.
